DST 2013 begins Sunday, March 10.
Twice a year I get annoyed by Daylight Savings Time. In 2006, I got annoyed enough that I started to write a rant about why we should get rid of it, and then I started to find reasons we should keep it. By the time I was finished with my rant, I decided I prefer a different solution: let's keep it year round!
